A remedy for those cybersurfers with too much time on their
hands. Illegal in some countries, this dish is a favorite of Argentine
wildcats working the oilfields in the Strait of Magellan. Excellent
calorie burner, but watch that wallet!
- 1 impressionable adolescent penguin
- 1 package pre-made pie crust
- Fresh fruit filling
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Bud Ice (chilled)

Divide dough into a dozen pieces.
Press each dough piece into a cup of a muffin pan. Melt butter and add
sugar, butter, fruit, vanilla, Bud Ice, and eggs (beaten.) Mix until
consistent. Pour filling into pastry shells. Lay dough strips across
tops of muffic cups. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Serve
chilled.
